Hi! I’m Caitlin and I LOVE chocolate. I eat it morning, noon, and night. My chocolate addiction grew so big that I’ve decided it’s a health food (I'll just keep telling myself this).
I also like to write, travel, and cook.
I’ve loved to cook since the day I could hold a spoon. From baking spicy gingerbread with my grandma, to throwing nacho parties in my tiny Cambridge apartment, food is at the center of everything I do. I truly believe food is “the great connector” between people.
After a childhood in Washington wine country, I moved back East for school, then came home to the great Northwest. I graduated from Whitman College and Harvard with degrees in history, and now use my academic paper-writing skills to write this food blog. Which is waaayy more fun.
This blog is my journal, where I share recipes with lots of chocolate, memories of my childhood in Washington, and musings about my travels near and far.
Enjoy!!
